Amazing Experience
Let Me begin by saying that I am beyond impressed. I came in to check out the property and fell in love with the renovated ... unit. Jessica was in the leasing office and made me so comfortable with my decision to apply here. She was extremely welcome and friendly, she answered all of the questions that I had and was extremely knowledgeable about each unit that I inquired about. The next day I decided to put in an application and things happened quickly. I got all of my paperwork signed and was ready to move in. Jessica made sure that I had all of my required documents that I needed submitted prior to move in date and took care of me throughout the entire process, she is the best. The move in process was simple and I was informed about what to expect on move in day. A couple days after moving in there was a problem with my furnace (cool air was coming out instead of heat.) I called the maintenance line and they arrived at my door within 10 minutes of me calling. They had the minor issue resolved with 5 minutes of being here and things have been great ever since then. Additionally I'd like to add that I love the assigned parking for tenants. It makes it very convenient not having to find parking daily. So far everything here is amazing, from the friendly staff, to the swift maintenance, all the way down to the clean environment. I enjoy being a resident here. Maintenance: David/Maintenance Supervisor: Always on top of our requests, keeps you informed. Donovan and Cameron/Maintenance Specialists: Super proficient, fast and polite. They are the reason I plan to stay. Everything here on the property would be null and void if their services were not up to par. No regrets.
